Mortar Sand

This is a fine, double washed sand also called Mason sand. These fine, uniform granules provide a smoother texture compared to concrete sand. Mortar sand is frequently used for a more environment friendly way to fill the gaps between pavers, leveling the surfaces for pools or in aiding in erosion control in landscaping and garden settings. Additionally, it serves as a popular choice for filling volleyball courts, playgrounds, and sandboxes.

Concrete Sand

Concrete sand is a medium-coarse, washed sand with larger grains than mortar sand. It is commonly used as an aggregate in construction applications that require strength, solidity, or compaction, such as concrete and asphalt mixing, pipe bedding, and leveling. Additionally, it can be mixed with landscaping products like mulch or topsoil, serving as a topdressing for lawns and golf courses.

Not recommended for paver or artificial turf leveling (instead use ¼ mn or ⅜ mn rock).

Mulch

This raw organic material is designed to conserve soil moisture and suppress weeds while enriching the soil over time. It gradually adds organic matter, enhancing soil fertility and conditioning it with a protective layer for the next planting cycle.

Mulch Mix

This is a 3-part blend of mulch, sand, and screened dirt, designed to improve soil quality in areas with poor drainage or soil composition. It enhances soil fertility and structure, making it ideal for use as a base layer in new garden beds, leveling uneven grass areas, and filling low spots in the landscape.

Concrete Mix

This concrete mix, with a blend ratio of 1:3:6 by weight (cement, sand, and crushed aggregate), delivering a compressive strength of 2,500 PSI. Ideal for light-duty applications, walkways or pathways adjacent to residential properties where minimal traffic is expected.

Designed for durability and ease of use, this mix provides a reliable solution for residential projects requiring moderate strength but long-lasting performance.

Silica Sand #20 & #30 Grit

Silica sand is commonly used in installation or maintaining artificial turf lawns by adding stability and fluffing the top of the turf. For optimal results, #30 Silica Sand is recommended for putting greens, while #20 Silica Sand is ideal for high-traffic areas.

Silica sand is an excellent choice for industrial or residential uses with high traffic that are without frequent pet use.

SMARTSAND®

SMARTSAND® Polymeric Sand from Techniseal® is specifically designed for pavers or slabs installed over a drainage bed with mechanically compacted joints. This advanced sand and binder blend forms strong, durable joints between interlocking pavers, effectively resisting weed growth. Applied dry and hardens when activated with water, delivering reliable, long-lasting results in areas subject to regular traffic.

HP NextGel® Jointing Polymeric Sand

HP NextGel™ Polymeric Sand by Techniseal® is formulated for high-traffic, high-humidity areas and requires mandatory mechanical compaction. It sets quickly after water activation and is highly resistant to erosion. Suitable for use with pavers and natural stones. HP NextGel™ prevents weed growth, deters insects, and stabilizes interlocking pavers for long-lasting durability in both commercial and residential applications.
